At BLUR, we welcome submissions from artists worldwide. We strongly encourage all interested parties to review our Terms & Conditions before submitting their work. Below provides detailed information about submission guidelines, including our Image Requirement, style, and target audience, and offers a glimpse into what it's like to be a part of our publication.

Portrait: 8.5 × 11 in, 300 dpi (2550 × 3300 px)

Landscape: 17 × 11 in, 300 dpi (5100 × 3300 px)

TERMS & CONDITIONS

BLUR is a cutting-edge fashion and beauty magazine showcasing the talented work of artists from all around the world.

We do not require exclusivity. BLUR is dedicated to showcasing your art to a wide and international audience in the fashion and beauty industry.

If your submission is approved, you will receive a TEAR SHEET of one of your images as HIGH-RES JPG, branded by our graphic designer with the BLUR Magazine logo on your images. Your image may appear on our official social media page and on our website.

Once you submit your work, please ensure that team credits are properly filled out. This includes the Instagram (IG) handle of all those involved in the photograph. If these are not included with your submission, your submission will not be published. Be sure to double-check that all persons involved in the submission is included in the credits and their IG handle are spelled correctly. If for any reason a submission is published and a individual/s credit is missing, the person who submitted the feature will be held responsible.

BLUR is dedicated to showcasing your art to a wide and international audience in the fashion and beauty industry. If your submission is approved, you will receive ONE TEAR SHEET of one of your images as HIGH-RES JPG, branded by our graphic designer with the BLUR Magazine logo on your images. All tearsheets become available after 30 days. If your submission is accepted, your images may appear on our official social media page and on our website.

Once you submit your work, please ensure that team credits are properly filled out. This includes the Instagram (IG) handle of all those involved in the work. If for any reason a submission is published and a individual/s credit is missing, the person who submitted the feature will be held responsible. To reprint the images with the proper credits, it will cost $19.99.

IMPORTANT:

* If you are submitting the editorial and are not the photographer, you guarantee and represent that you are the sole and exclusive legal owner of all rights, title, and interest in all the work you submitted, including all related intellectual property interests; such as trademarks and copyrights. You must be able to provide consent from the photographer at any moment if you are approached to provide one. Submitting to BLUR implies you have permission from the legal owner.

By submitting materials you agree with BLUR's following terms and conditions:

* The submitter owns all the rights or has permission from the owner including copyright, necessary to submit this Photograph to BLUR Magazine. Once an image is accepted to be published, it grants us the permission to use your work in any of our publications, websites, videos, marketing pieces, advertisements, Instagram, and any other mediums or formats used in the creation, dissemination, and monetisation of BLUR Magazine.

* You consent to indemnify BLUR against any claim, demand, action, suit, or other proceedings against BLUR'S arising out of the use of the photograph and related to any false or inaccurate statement.

* You grant this authorisation free of charge and that BLUR Magazine does not currently provide complimentary (free) copies of our print and digital publication or pay for your shoots. However; we will promote your work on social media, events, and promotions.

* Once images are approved for publication, you give us the right to correct/edit/retouch pictures if needed.

* Participants who have modelled or posed in the photo have assigned all relevant rights to the photographer.

* BLUR magazine does not publish models under 18-years-old.

* BLUR magazine does not publish nudes or soft-nudes.

* BLUR magazine does not include brands in the tags of the photos as branded items require paid advertisement. Brands include fashion designers, jewellery, props, etc.

* BLUR does not send out free copies as we do not print and distribute the magazine; we partner with a publishing house for this.
